Your iron wasn’t hot enough when you was soldering. Also, gold is not a good material for wiring

Sorry mate, but even at the beggining after watching those horrible soldering I wonder how that amp could work at all.. Jeez! Please put the soldering iron tip to pad and pin a sec or two then apply solder wire, melt how much it needs, remove it and keep soldering tip another sec.. it should look similar to this when you cut it [don’t have perfect char.] __/I__ and NOT like __(|)__
